At CamisGanga, we want our customers in the United States to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our website.
By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unused and unworn;
- be in the same condition as received;
- include all original tags and packaging;
- show no signs of damage, washing, or alteration.
For hygiene and product protection reasons, items that have been opened from their original sealed packaging may not be eligible for return.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged item;
- a defective product;
- or the wrong item,
contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
In some cases, we may request photos of the product and packaging for verification purposes.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- sale or discounted items;
- gift cards;
- personalized or custom-made products;
- opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
These limitations do not apply in cases where the product arrives defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original product and place a new order separately.
First Exchange Coverage
For customers in the United States:
- the shipping cost for the first exchange (size or color exchange) may be covered by CamisGanga;
- additional exchanges related to the same order may require the customer to pay shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- the refund will be issued to your original payment method;
- refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

7. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- unused and unwashed;
- original tags attached;
- original packaging included;
- no visible signs of wear or damage.
CamisGanga reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with these conditions.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return procedure.
9. Limitation of Liability
CamisGanga is not responsible for:
- delays caused by shipping carriers;
- lost returns sent without tracking;
- returns sent to the wrong address;
- packages damaged due to improper return packaging by the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
